Try City Software, same type of operation, prices about the same. Web site a lot better and customer service a lot better. Can use credit card without being charge more.

What do you expect? This company is rorting common decency and Western business principles for a quick dollar. Why support someone that won't give a stuff after the sale. Better off shopping at Myers, Harvey Norman or Dick Smith.

I called in to ask advice on extending a wireless network they recomended a netgear router guaranteeing greater coverage(nearly double the price of the current Dlink), when I installed it I found the coverage was 10mtrs less. My client lives in Mount Martha I returned the item and was charged $16,when I complained that I only purchased the router on their recomendation they denied responsibility. I commented that I would not be dealing with them again and the gentleman smiled. I am a computer technition and as I frequently purchase goods from another dealer I smile too!!!

I was very disappointed in their service. They're basically a "trader" moving "product" and my view was that they have no interest in any pre- or post-sales support. When I helped a friend bring a Dead On Arrival product back for replacement, they made us call the manufacturer's support line and initially we had to do it on our mobile phone before we finally insisted that we use their landline phone, but we still stood around doing the work they should have done for more than half an hour.
  • Eureka Tower, a-happy-eureka-resident (guest) wrote 19 years ago:
Yes I can tell you that the views are beautiful. The lowest resident level is 11 but still you get nice views... can easily see the street life around Southbank. Also since there is no (tall) buildings in front of eureka, the apartments facing the Yarra river have a great view of the CBD.
  • MC Labour Park / Princes Park, CJM (guest) wrote 19 years ago:
Sponsored by Optus, was known as Optus Oval for the last few years Carlton played there. In 2005 Carlton played their last home game at Optus Oval, ending 126 years of tradition. Now hosts Melbourne Storm RL club, and the Oval is known as MC Labour Park.
