crap service. staff do not know the rules for validating and accepting Coles shopping fuel vouchers. Will not accept fuel vouchers on the actual day of expiry stated on the voucher!
always a couple of cents more expensive than other petrol stations nearby.

Find yourself a tennis partner and visit the club facilities in this park. Or just turn up to 'hit up' with someone here.
Send your kids to the East Melbourne Childcare Co-operative. The EMCC runs childcare from 6 weeks up to kindergarten level.
You will also find a well-used and enjoyable playground in one of the corners of this park. It has two slides, a tower, a 4-way see-saw, two swings and a sand pit.

great place to live. close to restaurants and bars. close to the city of Melbourne. convenient tram travel. always an event/festival that comes to your doorstep...the biggest ones were the Melbourne Commonwealth Games and the the Volvo Around the World Yacht Race.
Downsides - windy, poor parking facilities for friends/family who visit you for a coffee! (Supermarkets coming... sometime in the next decade!!!)
